## 1. About Us
Marble Run Shop is operated by Hewco Sales, trading as Marble Run Shop, a sole trader business based in Hedge End, Hampshire, United Kingdom. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

## 2. Products
We sell premium solid wood marble run kits and motorised marble machines. All products are described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and age recommendations. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown due to the natural properties of wood and photography/screen differences.
All products are intended for use by persons aged 10 and above unless stated otherwise on the individual product listing.

## 3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.

## 4. Orders and Contract
An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund.

## 5. Delivery

Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
This cancellation right does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to your specification.

## 7. Faulty or Damaged Items
