CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Orders

We offer pre-order purchasing on selected products that are not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order you agree to the following terms:

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched. To cancel a pre-order please contact us at hello@marblerunshop.co.uk as soon as possible quoting your order number.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched cancellation is no longer possible and our standard returns policy applies.

Pre-order delivery timescales are estimated and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays outside our control. We will notify you of any significant changes to your estimated delivery date. Delays do not entitle the customer to automatic cancellation unless the delay exceeds 60 days from the original estimated delivery date.

Standard Orders

Orders for items held in stock may be cancelled without charge provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at hello@marblerunshop.co.uk if you wish to cancel a stock order.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our returns policy in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this 14 day period and return the goods within a further 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
